Baan Taling Ngam Resort & Spa is located on Koh Samui's secluded and tranquil west coast. A 40 minute drive from Koh Samui's international airport. The resort's location affords views of spectacular sunsets over outlying islands that have been featured in travel writers articles all over the world.
The resort is spread over 16 acres and is nestled into the side of a cliff surrounded by coconut plantations. Accommodation is split into 40 Deluxe 67 sqm sea view rooms with large balconies, all set on three Cliffside levels - as well as 7 one and two bedroom Beach Villas in a garden setting facing a white sand beach. There are also 23 Luxury Cliff villas ranging from 120 square metres for 1 bedroom to 320 square metres for 3 bedrooms, all with large private balconies and 5 pools shared between villas.
Most guest rooms and public areas overlook the resort's beautiful white sand beach and also offer panoramic views of the south western shoreline of Koh Samui and outlying islands in the gulf of Siam.
All guest rooms and villas have been beautifully decorated in traditional Thai Style and are equipped with a personal bar, DVD/ mini stereo and satellite flat screen LCD television. Other standard features are an over sized bathroom with sunken tub, in room electronic safe, coffee and tea maker, fully stocked mini bar, refrigerator, hair dryer, separate bath and shower, and free high speed wireless internet access. Free wi-fi internet access is also available in all of the resort’s public areas.
Baan Taling Ngam Spa features 6 unique in and out-door treatment suites perched high above the ground, all with breathtaking views of the horizon and nearby islands.
One of the seven swimming pools is the resorts signature pool - a large outdoor infinity edge pool perched on the top of a cliff adjacent to the lobby. A bar floats on the edge of the pool and provides guests with thirst quenching juices or tropical cocktails.
A full list of leisure activities are available - fitness centre, spa & sauna, two tennis courts with Astroturf (floodlit), water activity lessons, snorkelling, sailing, ocean kayaks, windsurfing, table tennis, mountain bikes, golf net and putting green.
